Sarah Ko

Head of Jury

Executive Creative Director

PG One

The spark, the buzz, the kid in a candy store feeling that only brilliant ideas can bring!

As Executive Creative Director of PG One Singapore, Sarah leads a team of 90+ FMCG specialists across 12 APAC markets. Her insatiable drive for perfectionism has led to creativity that’s been recognized in D&AD, Cannes, One Show, and other prominent shows. But she wasn’t always a Creative. She entered agency life as a Suit before becoming the agency’s oldest junior creative. The late start pushed her to become the agency’s youngest ACD and CD.

Sarah’s now one of the most well-loved and multi-awarded ECDs in Singapore. She served at the 70th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity’s Print & Publishing Jury. Last year, she and her agency were shortlisted at AOY for SEA Creative Leader of the Year and Specialist Agency of the Year, respectively. When she’s not chasing the next big idea, you can find her chasing her two hellion daughters, who are already following in their mother’s footsteps.

Kelvin Wang

Senior Strategist

BBH Singapore

Excited to witness the battle of kick-ass brand experiences!

Deeply curious about people and their behaviors, Kelvin finds joy in immersing himself in foreign cultures—listening and learning about different ways of thinking and doing. That’s why his most recent stint before BBH Singapore took him far from home, to an alpaca farm in Canada. Over the years, Kelvin has delicately combined his inquisitiveness with helping brands better understand their consumers to influence attitudes and behaviors. His obsession with people and their behaviors has led to wins at the 2022 APAC Effies and a publication in SAGE New Media & Society Journal in 2023, exploring the impact of clicktivism on pro-social behaviors

Epic ideas that make the jury battle it out!!!

A believer that big ideas often come from big changes, Rachel has gone around the world working for agencies in North America, Europe and Asia. Her work has been awarded by Cannes Lions, The One Show and D&AD, exhibited in the Canadian Museum of History, written about in the New York Times and tweeted about by Kim Kardashian. She is one of fifteen women globally recognized by Cannes Lions See It Be It 2019 as a prominent female leader, was named one of Canada’s Top 10 Art Directors, and is ranked as Campaign Asia’s 5th most awarded creative. She is the AAMS’s Creative Director of the Year 2023. She has spoken at the Epica Awards, Cannes Lions and The Art Director’s Club. And although the place she lives often changes, her love of early 2000's R&B and anything banana-flavoured remains consistent.
