Having worked in the industry for over 25 years across South Africa, New York, Australia and Singapore, Ash is a multi-awarding winning Executive Creative Director. Under his leadership BWM Dentsu was ranked the 9th most creative agency globally in the WARC rankings and he was ranked the 10th most awarded Executive Creative Director in the World. He is now ECD at TBWA\Singapore where he has led the agency to several Agency of the Year titles. He’s been fortunate to win Grand Prix’s at Cannes, One Show, Clios, NY Festivals, LIA, Spikes Asia and ADFEST, as well as several D&AD Pencils, including the coveted Black Pencil.

Inez always dreamt of becoming a filmmaker, but it was advertising that ultimately won her heart. Having worked in both the Philippines and Singapore, she developed a passion for storytelling and using creativity for good. Her work has been recognised by D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clios and The One Show. In the past two years, Inez had the opportunity of representing Team Singapore twice in the Cannes Young Lions and Young Spikes competitions. Today, she works on regional P&G brands, specialising in haircare.

Throughout her advertising career, Jasmine Tan has worked extensively with high-profile brands in both local and regional markets, pivoting creative strategy into coherent, playful campaigns and programs that flourish across all mediums and platforms. Her work has been recognised at the International Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, D&AD Awards, Creative Circle Awards, One Show, and Spikes Asia. As Creative Lead for TikTok, she has launched several programs across the region, including TikTok for Good Launchpad and TikTok Ad Awards. In her spare time, she's reading historicals, mentoring young marketers, or enjoying a chat with her cat.

Originally from Australia, but based out of Singapore since 2019, Guy's spent almost twenty years in some of Australasia's most creative businesses, working in, building and leading large, multi-disciplined departments to help clients, of all sizes, remain culturally relevant and commercially strong. His work has been recognised at every major award show including Cannes, D&AD, Clios, AWARD, The Effies, Spikes and the One Show. He's worked with amazing brands including Samsung, McDonalds, Netflix, eBay, NewsCorp, NRMA, Uber, VW, Cathay Pacific, Standard Chartered, Unilever, Mastercard and Tourism Australia. His work has also featured the likes of John Cleese, Chris Bosh, Def Jam Records, legendary UFC announcer Bruce Buffer and a monkey named Mr Muggins. More recently Guy has transitioned into the world of Sports & Entertainments, where he's enjoying producing work that sits at the forefront of culture, and reading the same articles for work and pleasure.

Mira Bharin was appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Trust Bank in September 2023. She is responsible for developing and delivering Trust's marketing strategy to drive its business, brand promise and strategic intent. Mira is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience with some of the world's biggest consumer brands in tourism, beauty and lifestyle such as Procter & Gamble and L'oreal Singapore. Prior to Trust, Mira was Divisional Director Marketing and Guest Experience at Sentosa Development Corporation, where she elevated campaigns and built partnerships to increase the brand's equity and growth. She has also managed corporate branding at NTUC Enterprise.

Ideas that make me feel all sorts of things on the inside
At 10, Ain was sure she was born to be a National Athlete. And then at 18, she was sure music was her calling and that she would win Singapore Idol (she didn’t make it past the first round). At 22, she started her first job in production and has never looked back since. Ain considers herself extremely blessed to have experienced many facets of production in such a short career. She has had stints in a local TV & Film production house, in Hogarth & Ogilvy, and now in FVSE, where she serves as their Head of Production. Beyond advertising, Ain is the Lead Vocalist, Songwriter and Mama of the band, MOTUS – a 20-piece Batucada Pop ensemble. Every now and then, she enjoys the occasional respite from work to be a Backing Vocalist on Mediacorp’s Suria shows. She has also had the opportunity to sing in a few other vocal groups, namely 1023 and SASS, with the latter clinching 1st Place at the World Championship of Performing Arts held in Hollywood, California.

Born in sunny Singapore and raised by computers, Anam now leads the creative charge at Monks across Southeast Asia, blending technology and innovation with creativity.A disruptor at heart, Anam has managed global creative for some of the world’s biggest brands – including Spotify, Ikea, Gap, PayPal, Land Rover, Coca-Cola, and Singapore Tourism Board, among others – accumulating a wealth of international experience in his 20 years in the industry. Anam’s work has been recognized at almost every local and international advertising award show, including NY Festivals, CLIOs, One Show, ADC, New York AMEs, ADFEST, Effies, Spikes Asia, and he brought home Y&R China’s first Cannes Lions and D&AD Pencil in 2010.With his experience and a keen eye for creative excellence, Anam has been on award juries for Spikes Asia, Madstars, China Longxi, and The Crowbars and was recently the chairperson for The Gongs.

His career has taken him to Spain, Germany, Argentina, and Singapore, where he has had the privilege of contributing to some of the industry’s leading agencies, including BBDO, Ogilvy, Y&R, TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, and LePub.Yuste’s work has been recognized with awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, LIA, New York Festival, Epica Awards, and Effies. Hey, I'm Drishti � Associate Creative Director at VCCP Singapore, with over a decade of experience in the ad world. I started my journey at DDB Singapore and later became the first art director at VCCP Singapore, their first office in Asia.Over the years, I've had the chance to work on some incredible projects — rebranding Indonesia’s biggest telco, creating cheeky social content for Singapore’s first naturally-brewed hard seltzer, helping Cathay Pacific with their latest inflight safety video, and collaborating with Magnum photographers for J&J’s Asia Impact campaign. Along the way, I’ve partnered with brands like White Claw, Shell, Deliveroo, J&J, and Heineken — a bit of everything, really.
