She’s led accounts creatively at regional and global levels with deep expertise in APAC. Her award-winning career has taken her from lifestyle journalism to writing for design, to solving communication problems in agencies including BBH Asia Pacific, TBWA, and now at TSLA.

Adrian doesn’t sit still. He learned to skateboard at 40, can braid his daughter’s hair in under a minute, and after years in network agencies like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, and Publicis, he walked away to start Sweatshop. As the only Singaporean to win back-to-back D&AD Yellow Pencils, he’s now pouring that same restless energy into making work hot and sweaty at Sweatshop.

Kaleb Loh is Head of Brand and Marketing at GIC, where he oversees branding, social media, digital, and events. He began his career as a creative at agencies including Fallon and TSLA, before moving in-house at Facebook and GIC. His work spans tech, finance, and government, and has been recognised at Cannes Lions, One Show, and D&AD. With experience on both agency and client sides, Kaleb brings a hybrid perspective to marketing and creative.

Phin and the team are stoked to have won several key honours across Singapore, the US, and UK. He also needs a nap.
