Peggy started out as a Production Assistant before turning to editing. Her natural talent ensured a quick rise to Senior Editor, before she switched gears to directing in 2013. Today she is the Head of Directors at Freeflow Productions, having made friends, memories, and a name for herself along the way.

Peggy’s films often channel parts of her own personality — affability, a sense of humour, and a zest for life. These traits are also what make her a respected leader and a creative mentor to younger talents.

Charlene Chua

BBH Singapore

Charlene is a creative director at BBH Singapore. She has 17 years of experience in advertising and 10 years in motherhood. Some of her career highlights include making a series of choreographed dance videos, filming a live cat in a movie backlot, and building miniature homes decorated with miniature furniture and appliances. Charlene is also the author of a children's book published under a National Arts Council grant.

As a Copywriter, Angie has given voice to goats, mad horses, C-suite executives, and the many brands she’s worked on including Spotify, IKEA, Singapore Tourism Board, SK-II, Citibank, Unilever, Mastercard, British Airways, and DBS. She’s led accounts creatively at regional and global levels with deep expertise in APAC. Her award-winning career has taken her from lifestyle journalism to writing for design, to solving communication problems in agencies including BBH Asia Pacific, TBWA, and now at TSLA.

Pann Lim is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Kinetic Singapore.

A firm believer that “design without an idea is a sin,” he is deeply passionate about design, advertising, and communications — a conviction that has earned him over 550 industry accolades. His work has received Gold Pencils at The One Show and a coveted Yellow Pencil at D&AD. Under his leadership, Kinetic was ranked 5th globally for Design Agency by D&AD in 2022. He was named Creative Director of the Year by the Institute of Advertising Singapore in 2012 and is a four-time recipient of Singapore’s highest design honour, the President’s Design Award — Designer of the Year (2013) and Design of the Year (2016, 2021, 2025). Pann has served as a judge and jury head at D&AD, Adfest and the Kancil Awards and was Chairman of the 2016 Singapore Creative Circle Awards. Passionate about nurturing the next generation, he co-founded The Design Society and regularly mentors and speaks at design schools. He has served on advisory committees for NAFA and LASALLE and currently sits on the advisory committee of Temasek Polytechnic and ITE.

He has had more fun and relatively more success in the creative trade, amassing over 400 global, regional, and national awards, from Cannes Lions to Spikes Asia. His work helped MullenLowe rank #1 in Singapore in both the WARC Creative 100 and WARC Effective 100 (2023 & 2024) rankings and cement the agency’s place as a Cannes Lions Top 10 Agency of the Decade Asia. In many ways, with digital, mobile, and now AI being so integral in the industry, it's like he never abandoned his computer science degree—he's simply extracted more entertainment, and where possible, meaning, out of it.

He's proud to have been part of many talented teams. Since joining BLKJ Havas in 2021, he’s led the agency to new creative heights, bringing in major clients and delivering world-class work. He became the first Executive Creative Director in the newly merged agency and believes his best work is still ahead of him.

Her work has been recognised at Cannes, D&AD Awards, One Show, and Spikes Asia. Today, as Regional Strategy Director at Hepmil Media Group — home to content platforms SGAG, PGAG, MGAG, and one of the region's largest creator networks — she continues her passion for driving highly relevant, on-culture creativity in Asia.

Stephan Schwarz

Stephan Schwarz is the Executive Creative Director of LePub Singapore, leading the agency's Asia-Pacific headquarters. A German who transitioned from corporate communications to advertising at age 38, he honed his creative skills at French agencies including Change, Herezie, and BETC. He moved to Singapore in 2022, initially leading the Vaseline account in APAC. In 2024, Schwarz was part of the team that won Singapore's first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix while at Ogilvy. He has won major advertising awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Clios, working with brands across FMCG, F&B, and retail.
