Stephan Schwarz is the Executive Creative Director of LePub Singapore, leading the agency's Asia-Pacific headquarters. A German who transitioned from corporate communications to advertising at age 38, he honed his creative skills at French agencies including Change, Herezie, and BETC. He moved to Singapore in 2022, initially leading the Vaseline account in APAC. In 2024, Schwarz was part of the team that won Singapore's first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix while at Ogilvy. He has won major advertising awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Clios, working with brands across FMCG, F&B, and retail.
Born in Melbourne to an advertising family (mother a Creative Director and father a Client Lead), Jessica moved to Shanghai in 2004 and started a career spanning over 20 years across five countries in local, regional, and global roles.
Working with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Coca-Cola, Unilever, L’Oréal, Samsung, Heineken, and Nestle, Jessica prides herself on building deep partnerships with clients by solving business problems with creativity. Campaigns she has led have been awarded across multiple shows, including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, AdFest, Spikes, and Effies.
Her roles have included Global Managing Partner, Chief Marketing Officer, and Global Client Lead, through which she has worked across all facets of the industry, bringing together cross-capability teams, deep specialists, and performance while putting creativity at the centre of everything. She is a frequent speaker and judge at industry events, including Spikes Asia, AdFest, APAC Effies, and IPA Effectiveness.
Ajay has spent most of his working life in Southeast Asia, much of it in Singapore. The people he’s worked with, learned from, and been inspired by along the way are all responsible for any achievements that led to his being on this jury. He would like to use this opportunity to contribute and serve, with gratitude, the industry that has given him so much in the first place.

In her current role on Vaseline, she leads the rapidly growing platform of Vaseline Gluta-Hya to deliver business growth and world-class unmissable marketing campaigns.
