Pann Lim is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Kinetic Singapore.
A firm believer that “design without an idea is a sin,” he is deeply passionate about design, advertising, and communications — a conviction that has earned him over 550 industry accolades. His work has received Gold Pencils at The One Show and a coveted Yellow Pencil at D&AD. Under his leadership, Kinetic was ranked 5th globally for Design Agency by D&AD in 2022. He was named Creative Director of the Year by the Institute of Advertising Singapore in 2012 and is a four-time recipient of Singapore’s highest design honour, the President’s Design Award — Designer of the Year (2013) and Design of the Year (2016, 2021, 2025). Pann has served as a judge and jury head at D&AD, Adfest and the Kancil Awards and was Chairman of the 2016 Singapore Creative Circle Awards. Passionate about nurturing the next generation, he co-founded The Design Society and regularly mentors and speaks at design schools. He has served on advisory committees for NAFA and LASALLE and currently sits on the advisory committee of Temasek Polytechnic and ITE.
Shannon Lim is a Singaporean graphic designer with a keen focus on typography and visual systems. His work has been featured by platforms including the American Institute of Graphic Arts and International Designers’ Network, and is grounded in the belief that good design is considered and attuned to context. Currently, he is a Design Director at branding and creative agency Practice Theory, working on projects across Singapore and Vietnam.
Rebecca Ting, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Beyond The Vines, wears many hats — designer, marketer, businesswoman, wife, and mother of two boys. Influenced by her artist father, Arthur PY Ting, she cultivated a creative eye from a young age. With her husband, Daniel Chew, she built Beyond The Vines into a multidisciplinary design studio and retail brand that makes good design accessible to all, now expanding beyond Singapore into markets such as Thailand, Japan, China, and the Philippines.
Jonathan Yuen is a graphic designer with over a decade of experience in visual communication and the founder of the design studio Roots. His practice spans branding, graphic design, typography, and digital experience, guided by a strong focus on thoughtful ideas and refined craft. From reimagining heritage brands to crafting national identity, his work reflects a versatile practice shaped by collaborations with clients both big and small.
Kristal Melson (b. 1983) is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator, and creative director with over two decades of experience across design, branding, and visual storytelling. Her emotionally charged work blends bold colour, symbolic detail, and botanical motifs to explore identity, transformation, and emotional agency. She has led creative teams at Facebook APAC and WeWork, and collaborated with clients including Apple, Nike, AWS, Vans, and The New York Times. Inspired by music, memory, and visual culture, Kristal’s work spans editorial, apparel, murals, and large-scale installations, and has been recognised for its depth, originality, and cross-disciplinary impact.
Creshelle is an Art Director whose work spans design and advertising, from branding to digital and experiential. Whether reimagining a brand that needs a fresh perspective or crafting experiences that stick, she’s always looking for new ways to surprise. Her work has been recognized at award shows such as The One Show, The Gong Show, and has received Design of the Year at the President’s Design Award.
From pharma to travel, finance, beauty, telecommunications, and FMCGs, Eirma brings over 18 years of regional experience in copy and art direction at agencies including BBH Asia Pacific, Leo Burnett, and TBWA. Eirma started her career as a Copywriter, writing for brands like Snapple, StarHub, and DBS. A career revelation around the four-year mark made her realize that art was her truer calling. Since then, she has been responsible for work on brands such as IKEA, British Airways, Bloomberg Television, Mastercard, Spotify, Singapore Tourism Board, NTUC Income, and Levi’s.
Jerry is the Founding Creative Director of Grain, a brand consultancy and design studio, where he works closely with forward-looking brands and individuals who seek to add value to the world around them. He was the President of The Design Society and a recipient of the President's Design Award Singapore, Design & Art Direction (D&AD) Awards, Art Directors Club (ADC) Awards, and One Show Design Award. He is also the lead curator for Singapore Design Week - Orchard Design District in 2025.
