Some of her career highlights include making a series of choreographed dance videos, filming a live cat in a movie backlot, and building miniature homes decorated with miniature furniture and appliances. Charlene is also the author of a children's book published under a National Arts Council grant.
In his 20 years in the game (and with the scars to show for it), Kevin has let a 6-year-old direct a spot for a bank, declared 8 Aug as the real National Day for beer, and championed single parents during Raya for biscuits and love. Because he believes in stories. And in telling great ones. While shiny things from award shows are nice, his favourite achievement is the hug he gets from his two kids every night.

Former Senior Vice President of Creative at Gojek, Indonesia’s first decacorn tech giant, then Regional Head of Creative and Managing Partner of VaynerMedia APAC, and before setting up his own creative consultancy, VJ was the ECD of VaynerMedia EMEA and Global operations based in London.
Fed up of working for others, he struck out on his own, launching a global project in his first two months — the Travel Virgin Show for a travel eSim, which ended up featured in the Daily Mirror UK. VJ is the go-to guy if you want your brand to be the talk of the town. He has won a ton of awards but never kept a list because he prefers winning hearts and shares instead.

Rebecca is the Director of Creative for Marketing Partnerships at Netflix, and has spent the last 17 years as a strategist in agencies across the US, Australia and Asia.
Andy is a Creative Director currently working for Media Arts Lab, Singapore. He helps manage teams in the APAC region and works collaboratively across the global network of Media Arts Lab and Apple.
With over 15+ years of experience, his work has spanned film, digital, social, and design. He blends creativity and strategy to make culturally relevant work that’s shaped by music, art, and technology. He loves to distill meaningful insights and bring them to life with storytelling and craft.
Before moving to Asia, Andy worked at several agencies across London, spending most of his time at BBH London.
Vanessa has explored video production and advertising from various angles - starting out in one of Singapore’s largest production companies, Freeflow Productions, followed by regional production company, Sweetshop Films, to post production company, Heckler. She moved on to various advertising agencies, including BBH Singapore, where she was a Senior Producer for 3 years.
Throughout her 20-year career, she has worked on projects for local and international brands including Apple, Coca-Cola, HSBC, IKEA, Nike, Redbull, Samsung, Singapore Tourism Board, Sprite, SK-II, Unilever, and UOB.
With her wealth of experience in various stages of production, she now works on local, regional and global projects, endeavouring to ensure the craft of each project is always at the best level it can be.
